e-Scheduling Using Microsoft Outlook

Schedule unattended audio conferences and attended Net conferences using the
Microsoft Outlook messaging and collaboration client. The system
automatically stores the call details in your calendar and creates a new
e-mail message ready to send to meeting participants. You can even attach an
agenda, presentation, or other file pertaining to the meeting.
Note: e-Scheduling Tools is available to U.S.-based customers only.
Before downloading the e-Scheduling Tools product for use with the Microsoft
Outlook application, you must first create your Verizon Conferencing
profile. To Create Your Profile, you will need
your company's conferencing authorization code.
